The redesigned City is expected to get minor design tweaks and feature changes along with a new engine line-up.

As far as the cabin design is concerned, there is little hope of change. However, we expect the car to now be better in terms of features. This could include technology like wireless phone charging and ventilated front seats. Both these features are now offered on most of the rivals of the Honda City.

Talking about the engine line-up, the 1.5-litre petrol engine will be tweaked and made BS6 Phase 2 compliant, as earlier expected the engine will be offered with both manual and CVT gearbox options. The City Hybrid will also carry on with similar changes, though the City Diesel is expected to be discontinued.
