
car news desk, BMW has revamped the diesel line-up of the X3 in India, with prices now starting at ₹67.50 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The 2023 X3 diesel is available in two variants xLine and feature loaded M Sport trim, priced at Rs 69.90 lakh. The carmaker has removed the already available petrol variant of the SUV from its website along with the diesel luxury variant listed earlier. While no changes have been made to the design of the SUV, the change in variant brings with it a change in the feature list. Both the X Line and M Sport share a number of common features including adaptive LED headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, panoramic sunroof, 3-zone climate control, a pair of 12.3-inch displays for the infotainment and instrument cluster, wireless smartphone integration, Harman Kardon power steering, and more. – Features like sound system.
The M Sport differentiates itself with a sportier styling package, adaptive dampers, 360-degree camera, gesture-based controls for the infotainment system and a head-up display. The car gets a 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine that produces 188 bhp power. Apart from that the engine remains unchanged. The unit is mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox as standard. Both the variants get xDrive all-wheel drive standard. The X3 competes with the Audi Q5 and the Mercedes-Benz GLC in the Indian market.
