But the company has discontinued two variants of this series. Discontinued variants include the 520d Luxury Line and 50 Zhar M Edition.
BMW 5 Series 520d M Sport Features
The new 520d M Sport variant of the BMW 5 Series gets an updated front end. Also, its rear profile looks quite sporty. The side profile of this BMW sedan features 18-inch alloy wheels.
How are the features?
The company has given M badging on the leather steering wheel and door sills in the cabin of this car. While the company’s laserlight technology, head-up display, 360-degree camera, wireless phone charging and Harman Kardon sound system have been given as features in this car.
How is the engine?
There has been no change in the powertrain of this BMW 5 Series. This variant also uses the same 2.0-litre diesel engine as the other cars in the series. This engine generates power of 190 hp. This engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
BMW 5 Series 530d and M5 Jahre discontinued
Till now the top variant in the BMW 5 Series lineup was the 530d, which was offered with a 3.0-litre diesel engine. This engine used to generate power of 265 hp. Now the BMW 5 Series has become the only car in the midsize luxury sedan segment to come with a four-cylinder engine.
