The company has recently updated its model lineup including Seltos, Sonet and Cairns as per the Real Driving Emission (RDE) norms. Kia Seltos 2023, Sonet 2023, Carens 2023: Powertrains
The Seltos 2023 now gets two engine options – 1.5-litre petrol (115PS/144Nm) and 1.5-litre CRDi diesel (116PS/250Nm). The 1.5 petrol can be mated to a 6-speed MT or IVT automatic, while the 1.5 diesel gets 6-speed IMT and 6-speed AT options. The 1.4-litre Turbo GDi engine has now been discontinued.
The Sonet 2023 gets three engine options – 1.2-litre petrol (83PS/115Nm), 1.0-litre T-Gdi petrol (120PS/172Nm) and 1.5-litre CRDi diesel (116PS/250Nm). The Sonet gets 5-speed MT, 6-speed IMT and 6-speed AT gearbox options. The Carens also gets three engine options – 1.5-litre petrol (115PS/144Nm), 1.5-litre T-Gdi petrol (160PS/160Nm), 253Nm) and 1.5-litre CRDi diesel (116PS/250Nm). Transmission options include 6-speed MT, 6-speed IMT, 7-speed DCT and 6-speed AT.

Kia has made Idle Stop and Go (ISG) a standard feature across all its cars. The company has also introduced the Kia Connect skill for Amazon Alexa. This will be on all cars, although it is not a standard feature.

The price of Kia Seltos 2023 ranges between Rs 10.89 Lakh to Rs 19.65 Lakh. While the price of Kia Sonet 2023 ranges between Rs 7.79 lakh to Rs 14.89 lakh. The price of Kia Carens 2023 ranges from Rs 10.45 Lakh to Rs 18.90 Lakh. All these prices are ex-showroom.
