The upcoming Nexon will be completely different from the existing one, new interiors will also be seen in it. Nexon is an important product for the company. This car is sold a lot in India. This is the reason why Tata is working on a plan to bring its updated version to the Indian market. The upcoming car will get a facelift with a bigger touchscreen.
At the front-end, the new Tata Motors design language will be seen on the Curvv with slim headlamps, while the rear will also get a light bar that will be connected to the LED tail-lamps. The front and rear will be reworked, while the side profile will remain the same with new designs for the alloy wheels. The interiors will get a new larger 10.25-inch touchscreen and a new instrument cluster. It is expected that the upcoming Nexon will also get a 360-degree camera, while the rear view camera may remain intact, the display may be better.
Changes will also be seen in the powertrain of the upcoming Nexon. It can get 1.2L turbo petrol which can be seen in the company’s own curve. This engine will be more powerful than the current engine. Talking about the gearbox, the new Nexon could ditch the AMT from its line-up and get an automatic DCT gearbox.
While the next few years are going to be busy for Tata Motors, the Nexon will debut in 2024.
