Talking about the demand, there is a lot of craze in the market for the RWD variant of this Mahindra SUV. Currently, the company offers the model in RWD and 4WD configurations that can be chosen with a soft top or a hard top. The video of the comparison between the two models of the Thar has been uploaded by The Car Show on its YouTube channel. The model on the left in the video is the RWD AX(O) and is priced at Rs. 9.99 lakh and the model on the right is the 4X4 LX variant which costs Rs. 16.49 Lakhs. He says that this model produces 300 Nm of torque mated to a 6-speed manual variant and comes with the option of a 6-speed automatic transmission.
