Now Toyota is giving you the option of buying a feature loaded 8 seater car at half the price. In fact, recently Toyota has launched a new VX(O) variant of the Innova Highcross. Its price in India starts from Rs. 26.73 lakh (ex-showroom). The special thing is that this model is available in 7 and 8 seater options with petrol-hybrid powertrain. That means the mileage is also going to be great in this.
Toyota Innova Highcross VX(O) Edition Features
The Toyota Innova Highcross VX(O) variant has been positioned above the VX variant in the car’s line-up. Compared to the VX variant, it gets features like LED fog lights, panoramic sunroof, 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and 6 airbags.
Toyota Innova Highcross ZX Edition Features
The new model is positioned below the ZX variant and misses out on features like gloss-black finish for the grille, wheel arch cladding, powered tail-gate, 18-inch alloy wheels, LED DRLs with integrated turn indicators. In addition, the variant also gets 8-way power-adjustable driver seat with memory, slide return, automatic climate control, ventilated front seats, soft-touch front door trims, 9-speaker music system by JBL, seats for second and third rows are also found. Features like belt reminder will also not be available.
Engine and Specifications
The Innova Hycross VX (O) variant is powered by a 2.0-litre NA petrol engine, paired with an electric motor. The engine produces 172bhp and 188Nm of torque, while the electric motor produces an additional 11bhp and 206Nm.
