Prior to this, the company has also introduced its Speedium Coupe concept in New York last year. Hyundai’s new GV80 coupe sports car is a car that meets real life needs of speed. This four seater car from the Genesis brand gives a feeling of being according to the needs of the coming times with its emotion and performance.
According to Luke Donkervolke, Chief Creative Officer, Hyundai Motor Group, “It emphasizes the duality of the Genesis brand by showcasing contrasting characters that live within Genesis’ athletic design philosophy and elegance standards.” The quad double at the front of Hyundai’s GV80 coupe concept car The G-matrix patterned crest surrounds the grille lights.
Talking about its cabin, it gets a three-spoke steering wheel, which further emphasizes the sporty look of the coupe car. And the four seats in it do less to support the body during cornering. Hyundai’s independent brand Genesis aims to sell 400,000 units a year in the global market apart from completing the lineup with eight hydrogen cars and battery models by 2030.
