auto news desk, Vehicle manufacturer Tata Motors is about to launch its best-selling SUV cars Nexon, Harrier and Safari in facelift versions with major updates. All three new SUVs have been spotted several times during testing. New spy pictures reveal a few details about the updated design and interiors of the Tata Safari facelift. So let’s see what will be new in this SUV.
design update
The new Tata Safari facelift will incorporate some styling elements from the Tata Harrier EV concept showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo. The SUV will come with a completely updated front profile. Split LED headlamp setup and full width LED daytime running lamps will be seen in it. It gets a vertically shaped headlamp cluster on the lower bumper.

Along with the exterior, many major changes can be seen in its interior as well. It can get a new dashboard layout with a new digital driver display. Also, the new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple Car Play will be seen in the central console. The SUV is likely to get a new two-spoke steering wheel, which is also likely to be found in the new Nexon and Curve SUV coupe.
What will the powertrain be like?
The existing 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine will be retained in the new Safari. This engine generates 170bhp power and 350Nm torque. It gets the option of 6-speed manual and 6-speed torque converter automatic. Along with this, a new 1.5-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine can also be found in it. Which can generate power of 170bhp and torque of 280Nm. It can get the option of dual-clutch automatic or 6-speed torque converter.
