The Altroz ​​will get a CNG variant and a Pilot variant. Tata Punch CNG will also be released. However, the automaker is yet to confirm the launch date of the new models. But according to media reports, Tata Ultroz ​​CNG, Punch CNG and Ultroz ​​Racer versions can be released by June 2023.

Tata Altroz ​​CNG and Punch CNG versions will get 1.2 liter petrol engine and factory fitted CNG kit. On CNG, this engine will generate maximum power of 77PS and maximum torque of 95Nm. A 5-speed manual gearbox will be available with it. Tata said that the Altroz ​​CNG and Punch CNG will get a new twin-cylinder configuration and each cylinder will have a capacity of 30 litres. Both the models will be powered by Direct State CNG with the only advanced ECU (Engine Control Unit) and leak detection technology in its segment. Will be equipped Features like quick fuel fill, automatic fuel switch and modular fuel filter will also be offered. Altroz ​​CNG will compete with Maruti Baleno CNG in the market.

Tata Altroz ​​Racer Edition
The Tata Altroz ​​Racer Edition was first unveiled earlier this year at the Auto Expo. The hatchback will be powered by a 1.2L 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that produces 120 hp of peak power at 5,500 rpm and 170 Nm of peak torque between 1,750 rpm and 4,000 rpm. When launched, the Altroz ​​Racer will compete with the Hyundai i20 N Line. Talking about the features, the hatchback will get 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with latest smartphone connectivity, 7-inch TFT digital instrument cluster, ventilated seats, wireless phone charging, sunroof voice recognition.
