According to media reports, the waiting period of the recently launched Innova Highcross MPV is around 24 to 30 months. That is, it can take more than two years to get delivery after booking. At the same time, the brand’s mid-size SUV, launched in mid-2022, also has a waiting period of up to 20 months. Both these models are available in petrol and petrol with powerful hybrid powertrains.

The Toyota Innova Highcross price ranges from Rs 18.55 Lakh to Rs 29.72 Lakh (Preliminary, ex-showroom, Delhi). It is available in six variants G, GX, VX, VXO, ZX and ZX (O). It has 7-seater and 8-seater layout options. The car gets 991 liters of boot space when the third row is folded. Its ground clearance is 185 mm.
It gets a 2-litre petrol engine with hybrid and non-hybrid powertrain options. Its hybrid powertrain generates 186 PS and 206 Nm (combined). Whereas, in the non-hybrid version, the engine generates 174 PS and 205 Nm torque. It gets the option of E-CVT gearbox and CVT gearbox.
About Toyota Highrider
Its price ranges from Rs 10.73 lakh to Rs 19.74 lakh (ex-showroom). It is available in four variants – E, S, G and V. The 5-seater SUV gets a 1.5-litre petrol engine along with mild-hybrid and strong hybrid powertrain options. The Strong Hybrid version generates 116PS power. It comes with E-CVT gearbox. Whereas, the mild-hybrid powertrain generates 102PS and 137Nm. It gets a choice of 5-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox.
