Tata Punch EV: Tata Punch is the second best selling SUV of the company. The electric version of Punch could be launched around the festive season this year. It is likely to get 26kWh and 30.2kWh battery packs. On full charge, this car will give a possible range of about 300 km.
Hyundai Creta EV: The South Korean auto company may launch the electric version of Hyundai Creta as early as 2025. According to the auto website India Car News, its testing has also been done. The 39.2kWh battery pack from the Kona EV is likely to be used in the Creta EV, which has a range of around 450km.
Mahindra XUV700 EV: The electric version of Mahindra’s popular XUV700 SUV could be unveiled in 2024. The upcoming electric SUV will be offered under the XUV.e sub-brand, which will get a battery pack of up to 80kWh. On full charge, this car will travel 450 km under WLTP cycle.
Kia Carens EV: Preparations for the electric avatar of Kia Carens are also going on at a fast pace. Recently it has been seen during road testing in South Korea. In 2025, this upcoming electric MPV can be seen on the roads. Changes will be made to the exterior of the Cairns to make it an electric version.
Tata Harrier and Safari EV: Tata Motors will also introduce two popular SUVs Harrier and Safari in electric form. We got a glimpse of the Harrier EV at the Auto Expo 2023.
