auto news desk, Japanese automaker Toyota Kirloskar has increased the prices of its select cars. This price hike comes from Rs 5,000 to Rs 60,000. These cars include the Urban Cruiser Highrider and Innova Highcross as well as the Glanza and Camry. The increase in cost could be one of the reasons behind this increase. However, there has been no change in the prices of Fortuner Hilux, Vellfire and the new Innova Crysta.

The prices of the Haider have been increased between INR 2,000 to INR 60,000. Its entry-level S Hybrid variant has received the maximum boost of Rs 60,000. While the prices of the other two hybrid variants have increased by Rs 25,000. The base trim E in the mild hybrid variant gets an increase of up to Rs 25,000. The S trim saw a hike of Rs 20,000, while the G and V trims saw a hike of Rs 2,000.

Toyota Innova Highcross
Toyota has increased the price of its Innova Highcross by Rs 27,000, although this is only for the hybrid variant. Its VX, VX(O), ZX and ZX(O) hybrid variants have become costlier by Rs 27,000. This is the second price hike for the hybrid variant of the Innova Highcross since its launch late last year. In early March, the company had increased its prices by Rs 75,000. However, there has been no change in the prices of its petrol model.

Toyota Glanza and Camry
The company also increased the prices of Glanza hatchback and Camry sedan. The prices of all variants of Glanza have been increased by Rs 5,000. The Glanza is now priced between INR 6.71 lakh and INR 9.99 lakh. While the prices of the Camry have now increased from Rs 46,000 to Rs 45.71 lakh.
