Before this, the company has started emptying the stock of the old model. Now the company is giving huge discounts to the customers. This discount offer can be availed till the end of February. On the other hand, Honda has also shared the teaser of the new model. A month before the 2023 City hits the roads, Honda is offering a discount of over Rs 70,000 on the current City model. Honda Cars has shared the teaser of the upcoming City facelift, which is expected to launch in March. The current fourth generation model was launched in 2020.
Discount is also available on these models
Honda is offering discounts on both the manual and CVT variants of the sedan. The maximum benefit is available on the manual variants of the City. Honda is offering a cash discount of up to Rs 30,000 or free accessories worth Rs 32,493. Apart from these, Honda is also offering an exchange bonus of Rs. 20,000. Other benefits include loyalty bonus of ₹5,000, corporate discount of ₹8,000 and Honda car exchange bonus of ₹7,000.
The fifth generation model will not stop
Honda is likely to continue selling the fifth generation model with the upcoming 2023 City. Currently Honda is also selling the fourth generation model, which is likely to be discontinued. At the front, the new Honda City will get a new bumper, redesigned grille and a slimmer chrome bar among the cosmetic changes on the outside. The cabin of the new Honda City is unlikely to see any major changes but is likely to come with more features than the currently sold variant.
