Recently, this electric car of MG has been seen during testing in India. The company can introduce it in a four-seater electric hatchback version in India. Let us tell you that Wuling is selling its mini electric car Air EV in select South Asian countries. However, it will be launched in India under a different name.
The company codenamed the India-based concept model as the E230. Some reports are claiming that the design of the testing model is similar to the Wuling Air EV and the company has not made any changes to it. Compared to the electric cars currently sold in India, it is smaller and more recently launched than the Tata Tiago. It is being claimed that this new electric car from MG can be brought with two battery packs , which will include 17.3 kWh and 26.7 kWh battery pack models. On a full charge, the smaller battery pack model will have a range of 200 km, while the larger battery pack model will have a range of 300 km.

Last year, MG announced the launch of its new electric car in January 2023. However, this car is still in the testing stage, due to which it may take some more time to launch. MG’s new electric car is expected to be launched in the second half of this year.
