Now looking at the demand, the company is going to bring 100 more units. Booking for this will start from 15th April. This EV can be bought in rear wheel drive and all wheel drive options. This electric car from Kia can be bought in 5 color options. These include Monoscape, Snow White Pearl, Yacht Blue, Black Pearl and Runway Red.
Kia EV6 Features
This electric car gets a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 12.3-inch digital instrument system. Apart from this, the car gets features like latest smartphone connectivity, Meridian sound system with 14-speakers, 10-way ventilated front seats, 8 air bags, ADAS safety.
Kia EV6 Battery Pack
The Kia EV6 gets a 77.4kWh battery pack. In rear wheel drive (RWD) setups it is mated to a single motor. Whereas, this All Wheel Drive (AWD) setup comes with a combo of dual motor and battery. Its RWD setup generates 229bhp power and 350Nm peak torque. Apart from this, the AWD setup generates 325bhp power and 605Nm peak torque.
Kia EV6 range and charging
The AWD model of the Kia EV6 can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 5.2 seconds. The company claims that once fully charged, it will give a range of 528 km. Its battery can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in just 18 minutes. A 22kW charger can be taken to charge it at home.
Kia EV6 Price
The GT Line RWD variant of the Kia EV6 costs Rs 60.95 lakh. While its GT Line AWD variant costs Rs 65.95 lakh. These prices are as per ex-showroom.
