
auto news desk, Hyundai Motor is preparing to launch its Creta facelift in Malaysia. It features a Tucson inspired front fascia design. This update was seen long ago for the Indonesian and Thailand markets. Although this update has not yet been given in Brazil and Indian market.
booking has started
Offline and online booking of this car has been started in Malaysia. Its prices have not been announced yet. Hyundai Seame Darby Motors will offer the Creta in a sole Plus variant, which will be powered by the 1.5L MPi powertrain with the option of an IVT gearbox. So far there is no information about getting any other engine in it.

The Malaysian-spec Hyundai Creta gets the same 1.5L NA MPi petrol engine, which produces 115 PS of power and 143.8 Nm of torque. The India-spec Creta also gets the same powertrain. In Malaysia, the Creta gets only an IVT unit.

How much will it cost?
ADAS is also available in the Creta facelift which gets a host of crash avoidance features. The Indonesian-spec Creta facelift has received an impressive 5 star crash rating at the Asian NCAP. Some of these features are likely to be found in the India-spec Creta facelift. The price of this car is expected to be between Rs. 10 lakh to Rs. 19 lakhs.
