MG Motor India is about to introduce the 2-door electric car MG COMET this month. It will be based on the Wuling Air EV, with prices expected to start from Rs. 10 lakhs. The new MG electric car could come with a battery of around 20-25kWh capacity and an electric motor generating 68bhp.
Maruti Jimny 5-Door
The much-awaited Maruti Suzuki Jimny 5-Door is finally out. It can possibly be made available for sale in May. The off-roader SUV will come mated to a 5-speed manual and a 4-speed torque converter automatic gearbox, and will be powered by a 1.5L K15B petrol engine.
Hyundai Micro SUV
Hyundai’s upcoming micro SUV (Ai3) may go on sale by August 2023. It can be about 3.8 meters long. This will be the smallest SUV from the South Korean automaker in India. The micro SUV is likely to be powered by the 1.2L NA engine carried over from the Grand i10 Nios.

Honda is soon going to launch a mid-size SUV, which will compete with the Hyundai Creta in the market. It can be introduced in June. The midsize SUV will be designed on the platform of the City. It will share design elements with Honda’s global SUV.
Tata Altroz Racer Edition
Tata Motors showcased the Altroz Racer Edition at this year’s Auto Expo. It is the sportier version of the hatchback with cosmetic enhancements and feature upgrades. It will be powered by a 1.2L, 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine, which will generate 120bhp power and 170Nm torque.
