car news desk, MG Motor India has started production of its cheapest electric car Comet EV ahead of its launch on 19th April 2023. It will compete directly with the Tata Tiago EV and sales of the new EV will be launched in May. MG has designed the new Comet EV to drive in urban areas. Its size is very small which is best for traffic. MG is also expected to start bookings for the Comet EV in India from April 19. It is also estimated that the ex-showroom price of the new electric car will be between 10 to 12 lakh rupees.

how long does it last on a single charge
MG has given only two doors in this 4 seater car, apart from this the LED lights have also been used beautifully in the Comet EV. As of now, MG has not shared the details of how long the new Comet will last on a single charge. It is estimated that it will give a range of 200-250 km in a single charge. The MG Comet EV will compete with the new Tata Tiago EV when launched in India. Although there is going to be some difference in the price of these two.

The new electric car will be a 4-seater
MG Motor India has shown a glimpse of the cabin of the new Comet electric car a few days ago. This car will come with a clean cabin. The MG Comet EV is a compact compact car that can seat 4 people.
