
auto news desk,Volkswagen (Volkswagen) has made the global debut of its latest flagship electric sedan, the all-new ID.7. The new ID.7 will be available in two trims – Pro (Pro) and Pro S (Pro S). Where as the Pro trim will be available with a 77 kWh battery pack and will offer a WLTP range of 615km. On the other hand, the Pro S trim gets a bigger 86 kWh battery pack that is claimed to offer a WLTP range of 700 km on a single charge.

Apart from the battery pack and range, the biggest difference between the two is that the Volkswagen ID.7 Pro S supports a 200 kW DC fast charger. Both the models of the Volkswagen ID.7 generate the same power of 282bhp.

Talking about the interiors, the ID.7 electric sedan gets a large 15.0-inch infotainment system with a host of features. It gets enhanced head-up display, panoramic sunroof, 14-way power-adjustable seats with massage function, voice assist, adaptive cruise control and more.
Shape
In terms of dimensions, the new all-electric Volkswagen ID.7 measures 4,961 mm in length and has a wheelbase of 2,966 mm. It has a low drag coefficient of 0.23 which is much lower than the Kia EV6. The ID.7 gets sleek headlights, air intakes on either side of the bumper and a prominent shoulder line, giving the sedan a sporty look. Also the big alloy wheels look quite attractive.
